Great location near London City Airport and easy access to the main city area via the DLR train. Friendly and helpful staff who were easy to talk to. Comfortable and clean room with a simple but clean bathroom and excellent shower pressure.
No option to change rooms without an additional cost.

This hotel is a great choice if you're flying from London City Airport. It's super close to the airport, just a short walk away. The rooms may show some wear and tear, but they are still cozy and comfortable. The bar area is nice and the staff is friendly. The bed in the room was nice enough and overall, it's a good value for money.

I had a very good stay at this hotel near London City Airport. The location was convenient for my early morning flight, just a short 5-8 minute walk from the DLR station to the hotel. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and professional. The buffet style dinner had limited options but considering the size of the hotel, it was completely reasonable. The buffet style breakfast, while not winning any culinary awards, was satisfying and filling, with options like cooked English breakfast, fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lad at the reception was kind and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The location is perfect for the airport, just a few minutes walk away through a small walkway in a quiet residential area. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the airport. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even providing a delicious takeaway breakfast for my early flight. I will definitely stay here again if I ever need to be close to the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located next to London City airport, making it perfect for easy travel. The staff is efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and offer enough movement space. The continental breakfast, although a little scant, is a bonus. The hotel has a welcoming lounge area and a great bar and restaurant. USB charger points in the room are a convenient feature. The hotel is also close to Canning Town and Royal dock, allowing easy access to bars and restaurants in the area.
The parking area is limited and tight, with poles in the way.

Helpful staff, Portuguese speakers, flexible with laundry and parking. Cheap and tasty food, no need to cook. New hotel, clean rooms with AC and massive TV. Amazing shower, fast internet. Good vibe in restaurant downstairs. 5 min from DLR. Staff went above and beyond for bike and suitcase storage.
